The brief

Following a brand audit of the business’ identity and proposition we worked closely with W/R/B to develop the brand, building and substantiating on their existing proposition. As part of the identities update, we were asked to reinvigorate their website to reflect new visual language and clarity of proposition.

Our Approach

The new website focused on delivering a simplified structure and navigation ensuring clarity of message and structure for both clients and brokers. This ensured a more direct communication to empower the user and provide an immediacy of contact that puts people and service at the centre of the site.


Each area of the website was positioned using the newly substantiated succinct verbal language and refreshed eye-catching imagery. The product and people pages were integrated to ensure a straightforward and immediate search facility for services and contacts. The new design also allows for the product pages to clearly display related products and downloadable appetite sheets. These pages were further enhanced by direct links to relevant news and blog posts, ensuring an even more integrated site.
